Back to School Special: First School Visit FREE!!!

We aim to foster mutually positive relationships with public and private school music programs in the area.  We believe that the instruction and ensemble experiences available to students at school are extremely valuable.  Beyond encouraging and supporting our students' interest in school music classes & ensembles, we are happy to offer in-school services to help augment the musical education/exposure of students in our local area schools.  

Tell us what you need and we'll try to make it happen!  
Here are some options/suggestions we've put together:

Invite Brass Academy LLC's teachers to come in and work with one or more brass instrument section(s) during your ensemble rehearsal time.  
During part of your ensemble rehearsal, Brass Academy LLC's teachers may also "sit in" with their instrument's respective section in order to demonstrate and coach.  This is often an enlightening experience for the entire ensemble!  

Host a masterclass featuring one or more of Brass Academy LLC's teacher(s).  Masterclasses often include a short performance and talk followed by a "group lesson," then Q&A.
The "group lesson" (or public lesson) usually entails performances by your school's student brass players, with feedback and guidance provided by Brass Academy LLC's teacher(s).  

Invite the teachers of Brass Academy LLC to present a brass chamber music concert at your school.  This can be anything from a short solo or duet concert (perhaps presented in conjunction with ensemble sectionals or a masterclass) to an interactive brass quintet performance (perhaps presented to your ensemble or to an assembly of entire grade-levels).  

Invite the teachers of Brass Academy LLC to teach private (or group) lessons to your brass instrument students on-campus, either during or after the school day.  

Q:  What would it cost to have one or more Brass Academy LLC teachers visit my school?

A:  The fee required for school visits is heavily dependent on the services selected, duration of the visit, and the number of our teachers required.  Occasionally, we are able to donate limited services for student recruitment and promotional purposes.

In fact, we currently offer the first visit free of charge!

Q:  What if I just want Brass Academy LLC to come play a quick, fun concert to inspire and excite the students in my ensemble?
A:  This is a wonderful idea that we are excited to entertain.  We love to share our excitement for music with students.  Showing students what is possible on their instrument(s) can be inspirational!  Please contact us with specific inquiries.

Q: What is the least expensive service you can provide to my students?

A:  We are occasionally able to donate our services on a case-by-case basis to schools.  This most often applies to our initial visit to a school, which might entail ensemble brass sectionals and/or sit-ins.  Sometimes we can also include a short performance excerpt, if desired.
